It's a lot of shit to accept, isn't it? At least Justin isn't going to poke fun at this. He's just going to keep his mouth shut for now since he's said his piece and get Jin out of his apartment building without him latching his fangs onto any unsuspecting neighbour's neck.
It's dark and late so thankfully there's nobody wandering around anyway. That might not always be the case, but Justin will be prepared to hold Jin back, knock him unconscious if need be. He's caring like that.
"We'll be able to get there quickly; you can move faster now."
And if that wears Jin out quicker that's fine, he can pass out again until he's next hungry.
