There's a palpable sense of relief that washes over him as he feeds, clamping down again after a few moments and not stopping this time until well after the man's heart stops beating, practically shriveled up as a result of being fully drained.
It's not a split second after the first one is drained that he goes after the second, unable to stop himself amidst the constant calls of 'hungry' going through his mind and possibly being uttered out loud, it's hard to tell at this point anymore.
Once he's finished, there's still blood all over him and his eyes are still glazed over slightly, but the red sheen seems to have retreated. Now his movements seem to be a bit more languid, slow.
