He would've joined in on making fun of Tarr if it weren't for the fact that the hunger was now constantly gnawing on the edges of his perception - he barely registers Justin's words, but nuzzles into the contact around his waist and lets out an acknowledging but needy whine in response. It's not until they're closer that he catches the scent of blood, honing in on the tantalizing scent of food. The fact that he's not saying anything is enough of an indicator as to how much his appetite is now taking over his rational thoughts.
