The weirdest part for him isn't the fact of how quickly he had adjusted to his new state. Though "adjusting" was definitely a relative term - the strong dislike (putting it lightly) of vamps was definitely still there, and it wasn't like he had forgotten anything about what had happened to him before. Far from it. But from what he knew, it was incredibly difficult for a vamp to break free of the maker-child bond, and especially for a fledgling.
If it weren't for the fact of the horror of the situation, Jin would find it hilarious.
As it stood, though - right now he was aching all over, probably residual pains from breaking the bond. It was well past sunset, he knew that much (new instincts again, he supposes), but honestly he was more annoyed by the fact that he was out for a while again. Hopefully it wasn't another week.
No, what was the weirdest was something that had led up to the confrontation with his maker. He knew there was a lot that he had to sort through mentally, try and make some sense of things -
